The Executive Board of NADE consists of five elected officers: the President, Vice President, President-Elect, Treasurer, and Secretary. This Board meets three or four times each year for in various locations around the country; each meeting lasts two-and-one-half days. In addition, many Boards find it necessary to hold conference calls between scheduled Board meetings to address developing issues and pressing needs.
